It was private visit to Dubai that I paid for – minister

COOPERATIVE Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister David van Rooyen did not go to Dubai to meet the Guptas. Speaking in Port Elizabeth yesterday, Van Rooyen said his trip was scheduled long before he became a minister and it was a private visit.
