Missing U’hage teen found unharmed near King

POLICE have found the missing Uitenhage teenager who was feared to have been lured away by a human-trafficking syndicate.

The investigation, which was handed over to the specialist Organised Human Trafficking team on Thursday, saw Grade 10 Uitenhage Senior Secondary School pupil Luzita Rossouw, 15, found near the King William’s Town area on Friday night.

Police have refused to give more details, saying it was a “very sensitive” case and Luzita had not yet been returned to her home.

Luzita ran away on Monday last week and was last seen climbing into a white vehicle with tinted windows outside her home.
