Cheeky seeks third term

CHEEKY Watson is seeking a third term as president of the Eastern Province Rugby Union (EPRU) because he has “unfinished business and cannot leave the cake half baked”.

Watson, who has been at the helm for six years, said he would put his name forward for re-election when the EPRU held its annual meeting on November 29.

“I am standing because we cannot leave the cake half baked.

“It is vitally important that the entire executive that I have worked with over the past four years gets voted back en bloc so we have stability, unity and continuity.
