Boston College voted the best

BOSTON City Campus and Business College in Nelson Mandela Bay is celebrating its 10th year of providing quality tertiary education and training to school-leavers, graduates and corporate clients.

The Boston group, which celebrates its 21st birthday this year, has been voted "best college and best computer training college” in the Star Your Choice Readers Awards in 2009, 2010 and last year.

Since the Greenacres campus came under new management in 2007, it has seen a rapid growth in student numbers. There are currently over 200 students.

"We have trebled in size,” said principal Albert Verster. "Last year we saw an 80% increase in registrations.”

Their success is attributed to providing relevant courses that meet industry needs which are developed by industry specialists.

The objective is to give students an advantage by preparing them for the workplace. Boston strives to enhance, uplift, and continuously improve the quality of education and training in South Africa through their commitment: "Education for Life”.

The college provides full-time, part-time and in-house training. The courses are flexible and can be done at the student’s own pace and time. "You can register any time of the year and the methodology is suitable for any lifestyle,” said Verster.
