Handover of homes delayed by unruly Joe Slovo residents
What was meant to be a happy occasion with the handing over of more than 1 200 RDP houses in Nelson Mandela Bay’s Joe Slovo township was instead overshadowed by disruptions and political squabbles among residents yesterday.
