37 crammed into minibus taxi

The driver of an overloaded minibus taxi was arrested in Port Elizabeth on Monday afternoon.
Members of the NMBMPD Ghost Squad spotted the Toyota Quantum Minibus overloaded with school pupils while patrolling down Standford Road near Ablett Street.
They stopped the vehicle and counted 37 people inside, including the driver, while the licence disc only allowed 14 people to be transported in the vehicle.
School pupils ranging in age from eight to 13 were on board.
