Cop arrested after foreigner robbed

Uitenhage police have arrested two men, including a Port Elizabeth police constable, after they allegedly robbed a foreigner of cash and car keys at the weekend.

The incident began at a petrol station in Caledon Street at about 11pm on Saturday.
