Bethelsdorp man killed

A PORT Elizabeth man was shot dead inside his house in Bethelsdorp on Saturday morning.

Shane Potberg, 34, was killed when a gunman fired into his Dolph Road house.

The gunman stood at a security gate while Potberg watched TV inside, police said.

By late yesterday afternoon, no arrests had been made and the case was handed over to the gang task team.

“Police are appealing to the communities to come forward and assist them in tracing the culprits,” police spokeswoman Colonel Priscilla Naidu said.
