Man dies, 100 people homeless as flames devour block of flats

A man died and more than 100 people were left homeless when a raging fire gutted a block of flats in Port Elizabeth early yesterday.
According to tenants of the three-storey Westhill Lodge and Accommodation in Western Road, Central, the fire started at about 1am and flared out of control within minutes.
