One person killed in Uitenhage accident

One person was killed in Cuyler Manor Road, Uitenhage, at 3am this morning when the maroon Toyota Corolla he was driving veered off the road, overturned and came to a halt in the Cuyler Manor Museum premises.

Police spokesman Sergeant Majola Nkohli said that the driver, Alex Beukes,31,  died on the scene after being flung about 13 meters from the car. Beukes was alone in the car at the time. Police are investigating a case of  culpable homicide.
