Manhunt for rapist who escaped from St Albans

Authorities today launched a manhunt for convicted rapist Sicelo Tshamlambo, 34, who escaped from St Albans prison this afternoon.
The Herald can confirm that Tshamlambo, who was serving life imprisonment for rape, escaped from the prison production factory.
Police and Correctional Services mobilised search parties to comb the immediate surrounding area of the prison and Tshamlambo was arrested late this evening.
