Bay business leaders disappointed that budget speech did not specifically address local issues
FINANCE Minister Pravin Gordhan’s much-anticipated budget speech did not specifically talk to the Eastern Cape and its economic growth needs. This did not sit well with the Nelson Mandela Bay business community at the start of a post-budget debate hosted by the Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) yesterday.
