Court orders DA to reinstate Mali

The Port Elizabeth High Court today ordered the DA to reinstate its former Nelson Mandela Bay Councillor Knight Mali's membership.
Mali's lawyer Liane Koorsse confirmed that Mali's application was granted today by the High Court declaring that he did not publicly declare his intention to join another party and that his membership should not have been terminated.
Mali was suspended in September last year on allegations that he was working with the ANC against the DA and .
