Leanne Adams: DNA results inconclusive

Inconclusive DNA results cannot confirm if the decomposed body of a child found on the outskirts of Cookhouse on Monday afternoon is that of three-year-old Leanne Adams.
Yesterday police revealed that the body was believed to be that of Adams, who went missing on May 9, but added that this could not be confirmed due to the state of decomposition.
Police spokesman Warrant Officer Elmarie Lötz said that the body was too decomposed to determine the identity however added that the clothes on the scene match that of what Adams was wearing when she went missing.
Adams was last seen on 9 May 2015 playing with her friend in Mandela Street, Bhongweni, Cookhouse.
