House cleaner makes gruesome discovery of four tiny corpses among food
The gruesome discovery of the frozen bodies of four infants among cakes, meat and vegetables in two refrigerators in the house of respected community members has left a tiny, closeknit Eastern Cape township horrified.
One of the bodies was found in a freezer in the family dining-room at the home in New Brighton Township, Mthatha, on Saturday afternoon.
Three more tiny bodies were found in the kitchen fridge, which was filled with domestic foodstuffs. Three of the bodies were in black rubbish bags while the fourth was wrapped in baby clothes.
“Although we suspect the infants were about a month old, because they are frozen it was impossible for a perfect inspection at the scene of the crime.”
