Millions secured for scores of non-teaching posts
MAYOR Danny Jordaan has secured funding for the appointment of non-teaching staff at various Nelson Mandela Bay schools which have been battling since the announcement of a moratorium on the appointments of cleaners, caretakers and secretaries nearly 20 years ago.
