A TASK team set up to urgently address student funding challenges at tertiary institutions has less than two months to report back to President Jacob Zuma.
“The Universities of SA made a commitment that we would hold our own vice-chancellors to account should they behave in a way that is counter to the constitution,” he said. -Poppy Louw
