Mthatha police search for murder suspects

The South African Police in Mthatha continues with the search for the suspect(s) involved in the murder of the Jacquil Miller, 19 and Carl George, 20.

The bodies of the deceased were recovered by SAPS K9 Search and Rescue on Sunday (10/05/2015) at the Mthatha Dam, outside Mthatha.  

They were spotted by the community member who immediately alerted the police.

The vehicle belonging to one of the victims was found at Kwa-Link, a nearby village but none of them reside at that village.

According to a police statement "the circumstances surrounding the incident are currently under investigation and at this stage police cannot speculate on the motive of the murder."

No arrests have been made as yet.
