VIDEO: Taxi bursts into flames metres from primary school

Parkside Primary School teachers battled on Tuesday morning (05/05/15) to get children away from the school's fence after a taxi burst into flames just 10 meters away.

Video footage of the incident shows school children and curious bystanders looking on as the taxi blazes across the road. The footage also shows a pupil, who allegedly passed out, being attended to by onlookers.

According to initial reports no injuries were reported.
