Driver shot during truck robbery in Newton Park

The driver of a Ram-to-Ram delivery truck was shot in the leg during a robbery in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth at about 10am on Thursday morning (23/04/15).
Police and emergency services are on the scene and the driver of the truck has been taken to hospital.
According to a Herald reporter on the scene, the suspects fled the scene and two vehicles are believed to have been used in the getaway.
