Probe launched after video shows cops failed to stop attack on U’hage memorial The Herald has exclusively obtained damning video footage showing police doing nothing to arrest a group of men committing acts of vandalism and setting fire to a war memorial right in front of them. Police have launched an internal investigation into the incident.
