Kidney patient sent home to die

A CHRONIC kidney disease patient who was kicked off Livingstone Hospital's dialysis programme wrote a heartbreaking letter to the hospital's superintendent begging for a second chance.
But even that was not enough to keep him on the life-saving programme.
Brendon Keyter, who has almost no kidney function, was removed from the programme last month following a six-week trial period.
