MBDA comes under fire for failing to push Bay brand

THE Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) was yesterday criticised by an unemployed resident for failing to market the city.

Thabo Malgas was responding to MBDA spokesman Luvuyo Bangazi’s presentation during the annual NMB Investor Seminar at the Boardwalk Convention Centre on how important it was to market brands.

Bangazi had done a presentation on the relationship between brand equity and financial performance, and stressed the importance of good marketing for companies to thrive. – Mkhululi Ndamase
