A MOTHER has not been able to register her five-month-old son – because, officials say, she had another son in a different province six months previously.
Nosive Kapo, 26, of Motherwell NU12 in Port Elizabeth, has been battling since Avethandwa’s birth in January to register her baby boy, her first – and only – child.
