Neighbours take battle over posh wedding venue to court

THE owners of an exclusive Port Elizabeth wedding venue are locked in a legal dispute with neighbours that could see their establishment shut down.
The Plantation, an award-winning and sought-after wedding venue owned by Sarah and Ralph Dirsuwei, was this week interdicted in the Port Elizabeth High Court from operating as a wedding and function venue.
The owners were also ordered to cease using its chapel. - Xolisa Phillip
