Tourists walk out after B&B water cut off

A WATER crisis in an Eastern Cape municipality worsened yesterday with a shutdown of supply that immediately led to tourist cancellations.
Residents in and around Kirkwood, which is part of the Sundays River Valley Municipality, say they are accustomed to living without water for days but expressed their frustration over the latest crisis – caused by unpaid bills.
Other areas affected are Aqua Park, Bergsig and Moses Mabhida township. - Hendrick Mphande
