NELSON Mandela Bay model and Miss SA runner-up Ziphozakhe Zokufa will use her title to help empower and motivate the young people in her home province to aim for whatever they put their minds to. The determined Zokufa, 22, was crowned first princess at a glitzy ceremony at the Sun City Superbowl last night while Bloemfontein’s Rolene Strauss, 21, walked away with the coveted title. Limpopo’s Matlala Mokoko, 23, was crowned second princess.
Zokufa said last night while she had worked hard to shine at the pageant, she did not expect to have come this far.
“I don’t think anybody could ever expect this and I’m just very grateful to everybody who showed me tremendous support throughout. It has been a truly amazing experience, especially getting support from people in my home province and other provinces,” she said.
