Woodridge to sizzle for Cansa

WOODRIDGE College pupils will team up with the Boardwalk's Red Rock Spur staff next week to cook up a storm in support of Cansa.
As part of their monthly outreach programme, 25 pupils will shadow waitrons between 6pm and 9pm on Tuesday, with 10% of the day's profits to be donated to Cansa relay for life.
In raising cancer awareness, a shave- and sprayathon will be held at the centre's African craft market, where the public can shave or spray their hair while donating to the cause.
Adults can shave or spray their head for R25 while children under 12 pay R10. – Chanice Koopman
