THE Congress of the People (COPE) is fielding bishop and herbal doctor Lievie Sharpley as its premier candidate for the Eastern Cape.
Two COPE Nelson Mandela Bay councillors have also come up on the party’s provincial list and Bay regional secretary and councillor Rano Kayser has topped the party’s province to national list.
