Masualle tipped for premier

NELSON Mandela Bay's Helen Sauls-August tops the ANC's Eastern Cape candidate list for election to the Bhisho legislature, positioning her as a possible contender for the post of premier.
However, a big push from several ANC quarters for one centre of power could see provincial chairman Phumulo Masualle take over as head of government after the May 7 elections.
