Mystery over interview payment

THE Steenkamps' family lawyer, Dup de Bruyn, refused to comment yesterday on how much Barry and June Steenkamp were paid for an exclusive interview with an international newspaper at the weekend. The interview comes on the eve of the murder trial of Paralympian Oscar Pistorius which starts today.  June was quoted in the Daily Mail on Friday as saying she had forgiven the athlete accused of killing her daughter on Valentine's Day last year. Asked whether Steenkamp had been paid for the interview, De Bruyn said: "No comment. This is nobody's business."
