Confusion over naming of new COPE MPL

THERE is confusion over who will replace a COPE MPL who defected to the ANC last month.
Bhisho legislature speaker Fikile Xasa last week wrote to COPE advising them of his plans to delay the swearing in of a new MPL after he had received two conflicting names.
The Mbhazima Shilowa aligned faction, led by party provincial leader Sam Kwelita, wrote to Xasa on February 6 informing him that Kuluta should be replaced by George Ngesi.
On the other hand the Mosioua Lekota aligned group, led by MPL Mbulelo Ntenjwa, submitted the name of Bukelwa Mengezelezi.
