Bid to evict Lungisa from Crous mansion

Lungisa's family has occupied the now rundown mansion at 60 Rubin Crescent since 2012. They are accused in court papers of not paying rent, not looking after the property and making it difficult for prospective buyers to access the property.
Nobody answered the door at the sprawling double-storey yesterday, but Lungisa said from Bhisho on Friday that he knew nothing about legal action to evict him and his family from the house.
