END OF ERA: Much-loved town pet Whiskey who was put to sleep on Monday, July 2. The legendary canine was an iconic Jeffreys Bay resident. J-Bay's most iconic residents. Everyone knew him as a free spirit who refused to be housed and never voluntarily set foot in a vehicle. Surfers, housewives, businessmen, children – everyone loved him as he roamed the beachfront and was cared for by the staff of a local restaurant. This legend will truly be missed but is now free of pain
