Sea and canal swim challenge

DURING the Shell Fesitval from September 29 to 30, Kouga Swim will be hosting both a sea swim and canal swim.
On the Saturday the 2.5km sea swim will start at 8.30am at Boneyards Beach Brake to Dolphin Beach (main beach).
Only 30 swimmers will take part and no wetsuits are allowed.
Entry fee is R150 and all swimmers who complete the swim will receive a T-shirt.
On the Sunday the Marina Martinique canal swim will take place at the marina, starting at 8.30am. Distances covered are mile, double mile and triple mile.
The entry fee is R60 and wetsuits are allowed.
