Third indaba on green campuses

ALL things green will be in the spotlight at a conference at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) to promote environmentally friendly programmes at higher learning institutions.
The national conference on green campuses, now in its third year, will include talks on climate change and there will be a fashion show with garments made from strictly recyclable materials.
Organised by the National Association of College and University Housing Officers' International Southern Africa Chapter for house committees, residential life leaders and student housing staff, the five-day conference starts on Sunday. - Thulani Gqirana
