Bullied pupil's mom despairs after stabbing

THE mother of a teenager who was stabbed four times with a mathematical instrument at a Nelson Mandela Bay special needs school and has been repeatedly bullied, has reached the end of her tether.

The mother, who would not be named to "protect my son's integrity", said she was concerned about the lack of feedback from the school since she reported the bullying on Tuesday last week – the day after the stabbing incident.

The school said they were dealing with the matter and had called in the alleged bully's parents.
