It's all smiles as twins get the best birthday presents of all

TWIN sisters received the best first birthday gifts possible yesterday – life-changing surgery as part of a mini-Smile Week at Port Elizabeth's Provincial Hospital.
Instead of celebrating their first birthday, Onyeduchi and Onyeyichi Moses went under the knife to fix their webbed hands and feet, and Onyeduchi's cleft lip and palate
Their procedures were among 13 organised by the Smile Foundation and sponsored by the Eastern Cape region of the Airports Company of SA (Acsa).
The twins' mother, Ziyansa Moses, of Central, said it was the biggest and best birthday present they could have asked for. - Estelle Ellis
