Wooden sword case delayed
By TMG Editor - 27 March 2014
THE bail application of a Serbian national accused of threatening a family member with a wooden sword was again postponed yesterday.
Goran Lepojevic, 50, of Mount Croix, was arrested last month after he allegedly tried to attack his estranged wife's cousin in Richmond Hill.
The bail application in the Magistrate's Court started earlier this month, but was postponed after Lepojevic, who was representing himself, infuriated the court by refusing to answer questions. – Kathryn Kimberley
