Sequestration order on OM employee final

THE Port Elizabeth High Court granted an order yesterday for final sequestration against a former financial consultant who was paid R1.7-million by Old Mutual Life Assurance Company to lure him away from his previous employer.
Acting Judge Nyameko Gqamana granted the order following a provisional sequestration order granted last month.
The company moved to get the money repaid after receiving a complaint from a client regarding the consultant in question, James Stern, of Walmer. -
