Court told of suspect's finger injury

THE investigating officer of a double murder which took place in Schauderville told the Port Elizabeth High Court how one of the suspects had a minor injury two days after the incident.
Warrant Officer Raynier de Koning of the Gelvandale police station said he had arrested Ryan Thomas on October 31 2011, the day after the murders took place.
Thomas, 24, of Schauderville, and Sheldon du Plessis, 22, of North End, are charged with stabbing Allen Dace and Bernadito Reid to death in the early hours of October 30 2011.
They have pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder and two counts of robbery. -
