Two lucky to be alive after attack

TWO men escaped with their lives after another suspected gang-related shooting in Gelvandale yesterday afternoon.
Police spokesman Warrant Officer Alwin Labans said the men, aged 25 and 26, were walking near a shopping complex in Bell Road at about 4pm when they were targeted.
"Five men drove up in a white Volkswagen Golf. Two of them got out and one opened fire on the men."
A total of four shots were fired before the suspects jumped back into the car and drove off. No one was hit.
Labans praised the public for their help in identifying the vehicle involved in the shooting.
