Teenager's body found next to road

POLICE are investigating a case of culpable homicide after the body of 14-year-old boy was found next to the road in the Kirkwood district.
Uitenhage police spokesman Warrant Officer Basil Seekoei said the body of Adriaan Jansen, of the farm Blue Crane in the Kirkwood area, was found by community members near a bridge on the Kirkwood-Kariega road at 5.30am yesterday.
"A culpable homicide docket has been opened. The injuries point to the victim having been struck by a vehicle. We are appealing for information from anyone who may have any information about this incident.
