Cunningham to testify later this year

THE state closed its case against assault accused Brent Cunningham today, after the prosecution decided not to call his accuser, Shireen Ballan, as a witness.
The St Albans Prison Court will instead hear Cunningham’s version of events when he testifies later this year.
Twenty one year old Cunningham is accused of assaulting former girlfriend Shireen Ballan and two other people in December 2012.
