Report will be tabled

THE controversial Gobodo report will soon be tabled before the Kouga mayoral committee.
This was acting municipal manager Sidney Fadi’s response to a question posed by the DA querying the status of the report.
DA councillors and members of the different ratepayers associations previously called for the full report to be tabled, after a preliminary report was made available as an attachment to the agenda of a council meeting in May.
Fadi said all councillors would be properly briefed on the progress of the report during the next council meeting.
