For Imelda, 67, and Lawrence Augustine, 69, Christmas is about reflecting on the birth of Jesus Christ.
Damon Leff, 48, of George, does not celebrate the holiday. “As a pagan I do not celebrate Christmas, but I do celebrate Yule – a pagan forerunner to Christmas – in June at the winter solstice. All pagan religious holidays are seasonally timed.”
