Bay honours SA cricket legend

ONE of the greatest cricketers of all time is the guest of honour at today’s showdown between South Africa and Pakistan in Port Elizabeth, where a pavilion will be named after him.

The legendary Graeme Pollock, South Africa’s Player of the Century and a former Eastern Province batsman, said it was “fantastic” and “a great honour”.

The Centenary Pavilion at Axxess St George’s will be changed to the Graeme Pollock Pavilion at the Momentum one-day international, which starts at 10am.
