THERE were tears of relief and jubilation at the Port Elizabeth High Court yesterday when murder accused Robson Damons of Bethelsdorp was acquitted of all charges.

Judge Belinda Hartle said in her judgment the state had not proven beyond reasonable doubt that Damons was responsible for the murder of Gelvandale man Angelo On-Hing.
