A PORT Elizabeth pupil was allegedly manhandled, shoved in the boot of a car and then beaten by a teacher’s son and friends, who accused him of stealing a USB memory stick while washing the teacher’s vehicle.

Grade 8 pupil Ludwe Madlingozi, 18, said yesterday he had been called from his class, which did not have a teacher as the person was off sick, to wash the car on Monday last week.

Madlingozi, who is orphaned, was allegedly accosted at Masakhane Primary School the next day, beaten up, shoved in the boot of teacher Lindiwe Moyake’s car and taken to her home where he was allegedly beaten up some more by her son, Siviwe, 21, and his friends.
