Students show off computer programs

NELSON Mandela Metropolitan University third-year information technology students showcased their work at an expo yesterday.

The event was part of the School of Information and Communication Technology’s annual Information Technology Innovation Day.

Associate professor Kerry-Lyn Thomson said the day allowed national diploma students to deal with realistic scenarios and provide sustainable solutions in three areas – communications networks, software development and support services.
